On June 23, 2015 Justin Trudeau the leader of the Liberty Party of
On the other hand Prime Minister Steven Harper in reaction to Mr. Trudeau's remark said: "I think it's very strange. At a time in history to say that his priority is the restoration, or to become best friends with one of the state sponsors of terrorism in the world, the government of Iran, and that he wants to cut the relationship we've established with all of our allies... and with a large international coalition to take the fight against the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, a group that... has executed and is planning attacks against Canada and Canadians," the prime minister said.
Canada on CBC's Power and Politics said that if elected as Prime minister, he would normalize ties with the Iranian regime and reopen its embassy in Ottawa. He also said that he would stop bombing ISIS in Iraq. A number of Iranian dissidents have risen concern over Liberal's foreign Policy. As such Radio Irava in an open letter which has been sent to his office asks Mr. Trudeau as a representative of a riding in Montreal, how can we ever forget what happened to Montrealer photojournalist Zahra Kazemi?  Even purely from a human rights principle and a prerequisite to any even consideration of talks with this brutal regime I would ask you to clarify your position and state that Iran has to respect the rights and wishes of the Canadian family of Zahra Kazemi and return the body of Zahra to Canada immediately. Anything short of that is condoning hostage taking, torture, rape, and murder of our citizens in the hands of fundamentalist mullahs in Iran. This open letter is at reach on radioirava.com

Associated France Press reported from Vienna on July 4, that: Tortuous talks towards an Iran nuclear deal ploughed on Friday with the head of the UN’s atomic watchdog having apparently failed in Tehran to advance a nuclear bomb probe, a major hurdle to the accord.
Iranian regime President Hassan Rouhani ’s chief of staff, Mohammad Nahavandian, meanwhile headed to the negotiations in Vienna, in what the official IRNA news agency called a 'special mission'.
'Important progress has been made but questions on technical issues and the wording (of the deal) remain,' Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif said on a seventh day of negotiations.
It will be up to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to verify Iran is sticking to its side of the bargain through enhanced inspections of Iran’s nuclear facilities.
But the P5+1 want the watchdog also to be able to visit sites where there is no declared nuclear material to probe alleged efforts, before 2003 and possibly since, to develop a nuclear weapon in secret.
On Thursday the IAEA chief Yukiya Amano visited Tehran to meet Rouhani but after returning a statement suggested that no breakthrough on the issue -- which Western powers say is vital for the final deal -- had happened.
'I believe that both sides have a better understanding on some ways forward, though more work will be needed,' Amano said in a brief statement.
